    As a Program/Project Manager within the Transformations, Programs and Governance (TPG) Team, you are part of the Commercial Investment Bank (CIB) but serve clients and business partners globally across several lines of business. You will lead programs ranging from Technology Transformations to Regulatory Programs and Continuous Improvement Projects, as well as migrations into and within the Utility. In addition, you will be accountable for Regulatory Program Governance and Oversight, Regulatory and Business Relationship Management as well as US Tax Regulatory Change Management. You will provide direction across multiple teams and lines of business for resources involved in program delivery and attend and present at various forums and create various materials/presentations.

    Job responsibilities

    • Lead and execute complex projects, programs, and initiatives from inception through to delivery and support the completion of Project Life Cycle deliverables that include documentation of Business Requirements, Design/ Approach, Operating Model, Testing and Production Readiness (as necessary)

    • Estimate, design and manage the delivery of scalable solutions including Intelligent Automation and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning aligned to a business strategy

    • Provide input to the annual plan process ensuring relevant budget requests are incorporated and use Data Modelling techniques to provide better business intelligence

    • Manage multiple fast-paced, cross-functional strategic priorities that have significant regional and global impact

    • Develop and maintain long-lasting collaborative relationships by partnering with various stakeholders (Service, Operations, Technology, Product, etc.) and Subject Matter Experts to identify and address efficiency opportunities to continuously improve the business as well as establish effective issue escalation management

    • Act as a part of the solution - lead working groups to achieve the best business value possible

    • Maintain a controlled environment by ensuring projects are completed in accordance with all Risk, Control, and other relevant firm wide guidelines

    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

    • 5+ years' experience in project management and agile methodology working on technology related projects

    • Understanding of banking products and investment banking

    • Proven track record of delivering innovative solutions that improve client experience and reduce costs to the firm

    • Detailed oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maximizing quality of service and maintaining a flexible attitude with Intellectual curiosity and propensity to learn new subjects quickly

    • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, with accountability and responsibility for owning actions

    • Proven ability to work independently and through ambiguity and define path forward

    • Demonstrated initiative and creativity to ensure successful and timely execution

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to communicate progress and issues to stakeholders at all levels regularly, thoroughly, and clearly

    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with demonstrated ability to simplify complex subject matter into digestible executive communications

    • Working knowledge and experience with new age tools of No-Code like Alteryx, UiPath, Pega, Instabase, Tableau, Power BI, and others

    • High-level organizational skills, design thinking, analytical, technical, problem-solving, and inter-personal skills to instill confidence and trust
