OLH Technical Services , a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Program/Project Manager

Position Overview: Provide Program Management support services supporting the Terminal Defense System (TDS) Program Office, PEO IWS 11. Provide technical and management support to assist in the planning and execution of the development, production, and in-service program phases. Support shall be provided to all TDS programs such as Close-In Weapon System (CIWS) and Rolling Airframe Missile (RAM). RAM is a cooperative development, production, and in-service program with the Federal Republic of Germany.

Position Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing management and leadership for all contract activities.

• Perform the following duties supporting Program Management for PEO IWS 11, our Cooperative German Partner, and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) efforts:

• Program Planning and Coordination Support

• Meeting and Conference Support

• Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) / Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Support

• Third Party and FMS Sales Support

• Digital Strategy Enhancement and SharePoint Management for PEO IWS 11

• Support and enhance the digital strategy of PEO IWS 11, focusing on effective data and records management. Effective use of tools such as Microsoft 365, Planner, and Power BI are required.

• Efforts include:

• SharePoint Site Management

• Digital Tools Development and Maintenance

• Data and Documentation Management

• Facilitation of Collaborative Processes

• Schedule Management and Analysis for PEO IWS Programs and Projects

• Undertake coordination, development, integration, and management of scheduling activities for all PEO IWS 11 programs and projects, with the following specific duties:

• Schedule Development, Analysis, and Communication

• Recovery Planning and "What-If" Scenario Analysis

Position Requirements:

• Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma

• Greater than 10 years of relevant experience

• Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a relevant technical field
