Program Manager

Job Description

-Assign and oversee the daily tasks of team members while ensuring all subordinates are actively working towards established milestones

-Monitor all phases of the project, expenditures, and implementing change where necessary

-Provide detailed root analysis on deployment actions, successful or un-successful, as required

-Manage and track project budgets

-Lead the planning and implementation of each project.

-Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.

-Define project tasks and resource requirements.

-Coordinate project staff.

-Plan and schedule project timelines.

-Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.

-Monitor and report on progress of the project to all global stakeholders.

-Prepare reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions.

-Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.

-Recognize areas for internal improvement and develops plans for implementation

Skills and Requirements

-7+ years of experience as a project/program manager

-Candidates with industry experience preferred

-PMP or equivalent project management designation

-Advanced knowledge and application of MS Project, Excel, -Word, and PowerPoint

-Demonstrated experience of SDLC, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery

-Working knowledge of JIRA, PPM tools null
