Program Manager

Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a Program Manager in Mansfield, MA!

Pay rate: $ 52.26/hr

Shift availability: Mon - Friday 8a-5p

Length: Six (6) months with possibility of extension

This position will focus mainly on our FDA remediation efforts, with potential remediation assistance on other upcoming audit streams.

Our ideal candidate must be able to

• Manages programs to ensure that implementation and prescribed activities are carried out in accordance with specified objectives

• Plans and develops methods and procedures for implementing programs, directs and coordinates program activities, and exercises control over personnel responsible for specific functions or phases of programs.

• Ensure the deliverables of the program are achieved on or ahead of schedule and within cost standards such that they meet the desired strategic objective (i.e. quality standard, value), business deliverable and/or key decision required.

• Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached.

• Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity.

• Manage a team of project managers

Education/Certification Requirements:

• Bachelors degree required (health sciences, business, finance, or relatable field)

• PMP certificate a plus

Experience requirements

• 5-7 years of project manager experience

• Experienced with handling multiple projects/programs simultaneously

• Tech savvy

• Medical device experience preferred

This role is onsite, must reside in/near Mansfield, MA!

Pay Details: $52.26 per hour
