    Program Manager for the Compass Call Program

    Compass Call is an airborne electronic attack weapon system that has been actively deployed, supported and modernized for over 40 years. The Compass Call program encompasses the full life-cycle from technical studies and development to production, support equipment and training.

    Compass Call is seeking a self-motivated and experienced senior-level program manager to manage Logistics projects in support of Training & Simulation as well as Test Program Set (TPS) and Support Equipment Development and Logistics Data Development projects under the leadership of the Senior Level Director for Logistics and Sustainment. This position has the responsibility for the leadership and management oversight of a project team assuring that project s financials, schedule, and technical objectives are met and that the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved while meeting all contractual commitments.

    The candidate must be able to work with Engineering, Logistics, and all Program Office functional leadership to assure deliveries continue to exceed customer commitments and achievement of financial commitments to the company. Manages, coordinates, plans, organizes, controls, integrates, and executes a collection of Logistics projects. Participates in the support of new business and in the development of proposals. Models and demonstrates strong leadership in ethics, safety and security.

    Required Education, Experience, & Skills

    • Bachelor's Degree and 12 years work experience or equivalent experience.

    • This role demands strong experience in Simulator Development and strong experience in Supply Chain & Subcontractor Management.

    • Must be able to work independently and with attention to detail as part of a large, cross-functional team.

    Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

    • Experience working as a Prime Contractor with Major Subcontractors and the United States Air Force (USAF) Customer.

    • Ability to be cleared Top Secret/SCI.

    Pay Information

    Full-Time Salary Range: $147300 - $250400

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
