    Program Manager - Employee Engagement

    Summary

    This role will manage and maintain existing employee engagement programs as well as administer new programs outlined by account leadership. This role will need to be able to identify the data sets for review, analyze and merge the information, and summarize in a narrative and visualizations to be shared with stakeholders in order to determine progress and success of engagement programs. Once analyzed, this role will need to identify a plan forward based on the data and employee feedback, obtain stakeholder and leadership buy in, and manage the engagement project from beginning to end. This person will manage the project and all details including the build of any tools, training materials, communications drafts, reporting dashboards, and coordination with stakeholders and leadership.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan, execute, and manage annual and ad hoc employee engagement programs and activities including existing employee engagement initiatives.

    • Lead cross-functional projects and programs end-to-end using a formal PMO process. Facilitates the development of a charter and integrated timeline. Ensures all functions remain on schedule and issues get resolved or escalated.

    • Facilitates regular meetings to review project status for active and pending projects (project pipeline). Collaborates with core team to develop solutions and leads project team through implementation and completion.

    • Responsible for reporting status of individual and groups of projects and programs. Provides appropriate levels of detail, and summarizes complex issues succinctly.

    • Analyze employee data including new hire surveys, employee satisfaction surveys, exit interview feedback, and attrition data to identify trends and patterns. After analysis, identify key areas for improvement and bring recommendations to manager to share with leadership and stakeholders.

    • Ability to merge multiple sets of data for employees and create a plan of action and vision for both long-term and short-term initiatives.

    • Establish KPIs for engagement projects to measure the effectiveness and impact of the programs

    • Manages internal (on account) and external (CBRE corporate) relationships in support of program. May contract and manage vendors. May provide consultation on projects that integrate into an organized program.

    • Creates, maintains & distributes routine PMO reports, including status reports and updated Gantt charts.Ability to create graphs, charts, and infographics to help stakeholders visualize data.

    • Other duties as assigned.

    • Ability to perform basic mathematical functions including percentages, discounts and commissions.

    • Able to apply broad application of standards, practices and theories in solving problems.

    • Strong Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills required. Experience with, or ability to learn, Smartsheet.

    • Decisions made with thorough understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines. Responsible for setting work unit and/or project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to department/account.

    • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university and a minimum of 3 to 5 years of related experience.

    • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation preferred.

    • PgMP (Program Management Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional) certifications preferred.

    • No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers and peers. May lead project teams and/or plan.

    CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $80,000 annually [or $38.46 per hour] and the maximum salary for the position is $90,000 annually [or $43.26 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
