    Chronos Operations (CO) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chenega Corporation, an Alaska Native Corporation based in Anchorage, AK. Belonging to the Military, Intelligence, and Operations Support (MIOS) Strategic Business Unit (SBU), Chronos has a culture rooted in integrity, respect, and exceptional performance. Chronos is headquartered in Colorado Springs, CO, and provides mission-critical services in Advanced Analytics & AI, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, and Intelligence.

    The Program Manager shall support U.S NAVY PM251 efforts with procuring, kitting and delivering aircraft launch and recovery equipment.

    Responsibilities

    • Managing logistics operations for both CONUS and OCONUS locations, including overseeing procurement process, inventory management, shipping and ensuring timely delivery of equipment.

    • Responsible for delivering high-quality, on time solutions while ensuring compliance with all military standards and protocols.

    • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all program related operations.

    • Lead the procurement efforts for all required materials and ensure timely and accurate kitting of equipment to meet operational and deployment requirements.

    • Plan, control, and monitor the schedule, risk, and technical objectives of the program, and to ensure that any potential problems are identified and controlled.

    • Communicate via teleconference with the Governments Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) on a regular basis to exchange/resolve technical issues, coordinate data and/or schedules, and in general.

    • Responsible for the performance and quality of all subcontractor/vendor.

    • Report on schedule, cost, GFE/GFI and performance risk areas to the appropriate personnel, and report potential risk events promptly, as well as make recommendations for continual process improvements.

    • Provide deliverables and documentation to the Government sufficient for the Government to understand, track, and evaluate all effort of this order.

    • Create project plans for specific task assignments as appropriate.

    • Be responsible for performing in strict accordance with all accepted project plans.

    • Advise and provide innovative solutions, in consultation with the customer, on the latest trends and developments in learning development and delivery, learning tools and technologies, business processes, and best practices.

    • Oversee Program Staffing, Retention, security, and contract compliance.

    • Keep the government informed via routine communications, program reviews, and ad hoc meetings.

    • Manage all CDRL development.

    • Response for developing and maintaining quality control plan in accordance with assigned quality standards.

    • Support business development activities as required (e.g., customer technical capabilities briefings, past performance content, technical solutions).

    • Business Development support activities as required.

    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • High School diploma or GED equivalent required

    • 10+ years of experience and demonstrated ability to provide guidance and direction in warehouse management infrastructure support and associated tasks, with at least 5+ years in Navy or USMC logistics support.

    • 4+ years of experience with management of procurement, kitting, and shipping activities preferred

    • Must have experience with FMS and military standards and protocols.

    • Must have experience with program deliverables such as Quality control plans, program management plans, and monthly status reports.

    • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Higher required

    • Must be able to obtain PMP within 120 days

    • Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Proven expertise in the management and control of funds and resources

    • Capability of managing tasks of similar complexity

    • Ability to meet minimum security clearance requirements.

    • Demonstrated knowledge of contract analysis, contract compliance, document processing, database management, and records management.

    • Proficient in program development and strategic advisory.

    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that include the ability to interact with a wide variety of key stakeholders to ensure timely responses for all communications and deliverables across all projects.

    • Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, decision-making, and organization.

    • Experience leading the performance of tasks on schedule, at cost, and achieving all requirements.

    • Superb planning, coordination, and organizational skills.

    • Results-driven with a positive attitude and a high degree of initiative and responsiveness.

    • Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and attend to details while staying focused on key priorities and management.

    • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

    • Ability to travel up to 30%.
