Job Description
The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs across multiple projects. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The Program Manager will work closely with senior leadership to ensure program objectives align with business goals and are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
Program Planning & Strategy
Define program goals, objectives, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop detailed program plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk management strategies.
Establish and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and tracking financial performance.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and support throughout the program lifecycle.
Coordinate and communicate program priorities, objectives, and progress with project managers, teams, and stakeholders.
Ensure effective collaboration across various business units, including product, engineering, operations, and marketing.
Risk Management & Issue Resolution
Identify program risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
Escalate critical issues to senior management and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve roadblocks promptly.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the progress of program milestones and deliverables.
Provide regular updates and status reports to senior leadership and stakeholders, highlighting achievements, risks, and challenges.
Process Improvement & Best Practices
Promote continuous improvement by identifying areas for operational efficiencies and applying best practices in program management.
Ensure alignment with company-wide initiatives and compliance with internal processes and standards.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
5-7 years of program management experience, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large, complex programs.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
Project Management or Service Management certification is desirable - ITIL, PMP, Prince2 or University equivalent.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, etc.).
Prior experience working with Oracle support systems, support/dev teams and understanding of OCI, SaaS, PaaS, and Cloud at Customer.
LOB Communications, Exec C-Level Communications, Global experience.
Travel: Limited travel under 10%

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from $36.06 to $85.63 per hour; from: $75,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
