Job Description
Manage the functions responsible for creating and maintaining the product lifecycle for the hardware supply chain. Works closely with design engineering and supply chain peers to develop and maintain robust and sustainable manufacturing processes to deliver quality products to the customer.

Responsibilities
Manage the people responsible for the development, release, and maintenance of hardware products through the supply chain lifecycle. Key actives of the team include Bill of Material (BOM) management; New Product Introduction (NPI) activities; material transitions; and End of Life (EOL) management. Plan and direct resource schedules as well as development budgets. Monitor the program from initiation through delivery, interfacing with design engineering peers on technical matters. Manage interdepartmental activities ensuring release of the program on schedule and within the budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of staff, providing technical support and direction. Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the team. Works collaboratively and builds strong, strategic partnerships, securing broad support for initiatives from key players across LOBs. Enhances Oracles competitive advantage by driving competitiveness and innovation using deep customer understanding. Delivers organization-wide leadership by role modeling leadership behavior that is consistent, clear, honest, and genuine. Creates an internal vision that inspires and engages people across LOBs. Copes with complexity as shown by complex decision making as demonstrated by the ability to provide balanced judgment and problem-solving skills in extremely complex and ambiguous situations. Enables cross-LOB execution by translating strategic priorities into cross-lines of business operational plans that define how to achieve the results.

US: Hiring Range: from $161,600 to $338,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
