  • Description: This position is supporting the Javelin Joint

    Venture (JJV) G-Model contract with Earned

    Value Management System (EVMS) DFARS

    requirement. The successful candidate will have

    an in-depth knowledge of EVM requirements to

    ensure continued compliance of LM MFC's EVMS.

    Candidate will provide JJV support for Defense

    Contract Management Agency (DCMA)

    Surveillance Reviews, Program Internal

    Surveillance Reviews, and Data Driven Metrics

    (DDM) analysis. Candidate must demonstrate the

    ability to successfully analyze and interpret DDM

    and their assigned program's cost and schedule

    metrics and provide recommendations to the program as needed to address areas of

    concerns. Tasks include but are not limited to,

    initiating / supporting the program initial

    baseline activity, facilitate EVM processes and

    ensuring timely completion of activities within

    the organization (performance measurement

    baseline, baseline change control, variance

    analysis), review program Data Driven Metrics

    (DDMs) and provide analysis and

    recommendations, perform contract closeout for the JV, ensure adherence to

    corporate and business area processes, and

    review / recommend approval of program

    documents (PPMDs).

    The role will require strong communication

    skills as it requires interfacing with Senior

    Management, Program Managers, Finance

    Managers, and Program Planning Managers. This

    position requires attention to detail and the

    ability to adapt to a changing environment and

    accomplish a variety of special tasks with

    minimal guidance. This role is fully charged to Javelin JV G&A. EVM experience within the

    Aerospace or Defense industry is required.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Knowledge of Earned Value Management

    implementation

    • Understanding of DCMA Data Driven Metrics

    (DDM)

    • Analytical and problem-solving skills with

    attention to detail and reporting accuracy

    Desired Skills:

    • Strong PC skills and the ability to learn new

    tools quickly

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products

    including Excel, Word and Power Point

    • Working knowledge of EVM policies

    • Experience with DCMA Compliance and/or

    Surveillance Reviews

    • Demonstrated ability to Analyze & Interpret

    complex Program / EVM Metrics

    • Demonstrated experience in driving complex

    issues or problems to successful closure

    • Working knowledge of various Finance

    functions (i.e. EVM, Material Management,

    Subcontract Management, Contracts, Estimating,

    Planning, FP&A, etc.) is a plus

    • Bachelor's degree, with 6 years of professional

    experience; or 4 years of professional experience

    with a Master's degree

    Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

    Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

    Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
