Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) has technology, engineering and program teams that educate and mentor colleagues to deliver leading Electronic Warfare capabilities. The F-15 Eagle Passive Active Warning and Survivability System (EPAWSS) is our premier Electronic Warfare (EW) system within the TACAIR product line. Initial development is complete and production is underway. The Program Engineering Manager will lead one or more Integrated Product Teams within our production program as we work to deliver this important product to our customers.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

• Experience in leading engineering teams in the development and/or transition to production of complex electronic products

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Additionally, experience leading engineering in the sustainment of complex electronic products is also desirable.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $140690 - $239140

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
