    Program Coordinator - Steamboat

    Reports to: Executive Director

    Job Category: Hourly | Non-Exempt | Full-Time

    Salary Range: $22-$26.50/hour

    Job Site: Foundry Steamboat (Ranch and Alpine)

    Job Summary:

    The Program Coordinator partners with a multidisciplinary team to help manage and support various systems and processes that are instrumental in providing a safe and therapeutic environment. This role supports Leadership by fulfilling various administrative duties and functions and helping implement programmatic changes.

    Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.
    • 2+ years proven experience in a program coordinator position.
    • Experience and knowledge of the behavioral healthcare industry.
    • Knowledge of insurance and billing.
    • Experience with accounting/financial systems.
    Required Skills/Abilities:
    • Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Organized with a keen attention to detail.
    • Strong relationship building skills.
    • Ability to listen well and offer solutions.
    • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
    • Adept at quickly learning new systems and platforms.
    Duties/Responsibilities:
    • Provide administrative support to residential, outpatient, and virtual IOP programs.
    • Manage and oversee the orientation process of incoming clients.
    • Collect and analyze program evaluation and client feedback; compile program evaluation results and metrics.
    • Lend general support to new hires.
    • Coordinate on- and off-site events (e.g. tours, lectures, wellness, etc.).
    • Help implement new program activities.
    • Event and meeting management duties as assigned.
    • Assist with procurement and finance duties.
    • Provide consistent and efficient direct operational support to the Executive Director and Clinical Director of Outpatient Programs.
    • Monitor quality assurance in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures, and applicable laws and regulations, making suggestions for improvement.
    • Maintain strict confidentiality, HIPAA, and 42CFR Part 2 compliance.
    Physical Requirements:
    • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    • Standing, sitting, bending, reaching, climbing stairs, typing, speaking, hearing, seeing.
    • Exposure to a clinical and medical environment.
    • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
    • Driving in all weather conditions.
