    Responsibilities:

    The therapist will utilize their expertise to follow the established plan of care and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to help patients reach their goals. As a Program Coordinator, responsibilities include coordinating staffing and daily scheduling to meet productivity targets under the direction of a Regional Supervisor. Additional duties include attending Medicare meetings, collaborating with facility staff, maintaining a safe therapy gym, and coordinating end-of-month billing with the home office.

    Qualifications:

    Minimum qualifications:

    • Candidates must be graduates of an accredited therapy program and hold an active therapy license in the state of practice.
    • Responsibilities must be performed in compliance with Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and all state and federal regulations.
    • A minimum of 1 year of leadership experience is required.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in geriatric care, specifically in Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), or Home Health (HH)
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
    • Demonstrated flexibility and ability to work effectively within a team
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Familiarity with the geriatric population and their unique needs
    • Solid understanding of current Medicare billing regulations
