    Our client, a well-established college, is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Program Assistant. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in the support, development, and coordination of the college's programs, assisting students, staff, and faculty as needed.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in developing, organizing, and implementing academic and extra-curricular programs.

    • Provide support in filing, scheduling, correspondence, and meeting preparations.

    • Coordinate and organize logistics for program events, including room reservations, catering, transportation, and audio/visual needs.

    • Provide program information to students, faculty, and staff in a respectful, clear, and professional manner.

    • Maintain detailed and accurate records of the program including reports, statistics, logs, and files.

    • Ensure effective communication among all program stakeholders.

    • Assist with initiating, tracking, and monitoring budget expenditures.

    Requirements

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

    • Experience as a program assistant or similar role in an educational institution.

    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite and database systems.

    • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Ability to work independently as well as contribute positively to a team.

    • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
