Join our team in a leading product development and manufacturing facility that caters to top Home & Personal Care FMCG companies. Located in Garland, TX, our facility specializes in producing laundry detergents, laundry aids, and fabric softeners. We offer a clean, organized, and FDA-regulated air-conditioned environment. This direct placement position offers significant opportunities for growth, with up to five levels of advancement and incremental pay raises. We fully train our staff to assist in various areas, including basic machine operation, conveyor/assembly line, and packaging/quality control. Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in GARLAND, Texas.

Work Environment

The entire plant is climate-controlled, with a new AC system installed recently. The environment is exceptionally clean, organized, and adheres to FDA regulations. This role requires working a rotating weekend schedule, with voluntary overtime available. The plant operates with a strong smell, which may impact individuals with sensitive smell palettes.
