Job Description

Join our team as a Production Worker at our custom wood manufacturing facility specializing in residential and architectural doors. We are looking to hire dedicated individuals for both our morning and night shifts. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within the company and work in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Stand over the assembly table, grabbing components and assembling them within a short time frame.

• Ensure components are glued down and sent off efficiently.

• Operate machinery and handle general labor tasks.

• Perform repetitive lifting and packaging duties.

• Utilize hand and power tools for various tasks.

• Label and load products for shipping.

Essential Skills

• Minimum 6 months of experience in general labor, construction, or production.

• Experience working with a tape measure, saws, and hand/power tools.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Reliable transportation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Machine operating experience.

• Basic troubleshooting skills and equipment knowledge.

• Mechanically inclined.

• Willingness to learn and a team player attitude.

Work Environment

• You will be working in a custom wood manufacturing facility with approximately 80-100 employees, including 60 assemblers/production staff and office personnel.

• The dress code requires long pants, long sleeve shirts, and steel-toed work boots (STWB).

• Safety gear such as ear plugs, safety glasses, and safety vests are provided.

• Morning shifts run from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and night shifts from 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM, with mandatory overtime every other Friday.

Wage

• $22-$23/hr
