SummaryProduction Tech/Assembly Techs are responsible for building, testing, and packaging all trolling motors and their accessories.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Build all trolling motor sub-assemblies and main assemblies
- Test final assemblies
- Build and test all remotes and foot buttons
- Use pneumatic tools
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Ability to work both individually and on a team

Working HoursMonday through Friday 7:00AM - 4:00PM with one hour lunch
Working Conditions/Physical Demands of the JobThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those typical in a warehouse/productive environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud, including the sounds of forklifts and tools. Work is generally performed near moving mechanical parts. You will be exposed to chemicals known to cause health issues.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
