Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing production plans, schedules, and strategies to meet production objectives.

• Monitoring production processes to ensure that they are operating safely and efficiently and identifies areas for improvement.

• Coordinating and assigning tasks to production staff and ensures all staff members receive appropriate training to perform routine duties effectively.

• Overseeing operations of the EV line and directly supervises the EV production staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating their performance.

• Maintaining SOP's and ensuring they are being followed

• Enforcing established policies and systems, updating equipment and following up on recommendations.

• Reporting out productivity and efficiency rates

Key Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role

• Ability to work well with and motivate others to achieve production goals

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

• High School Diploma or equivalent
