Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Production Supervisor to join our team at one of the largest GM sites in Ontario, the GM-CAMI assembly plant in Ingersoll, ON. In this role, you will be responsible for motivating employees, improving production methods, resolving production issues, and maintaining production reports and personnel records. You will oversee a team of up to 30 individuals, work independently to meet production demands, and run pre-shift meetings to ensure smooth operations. Experience with robotics is a bonus, but not required.

You will work in a unionized environment at an automotive assembly plant in Ingersoll, ON. The role requires you to plan and support manufacturing and maintenance activities without engaging in hands-on work. The shift is from 6:30am-2:30pm, Monday to Friday
