    Overview:

    Part of the manufacturing team, you are the driving force behind the creation of our kitchen and bath products. You will work hands-on with the products themselves, from the handling of raw materials to the shipping of a completed piece. You are responsible for ensuring that all products are properly assembled and manufactured to bring customers a consistently strong experience. Knowledge and attention to all safety protocols is an essential part of keeping our manufacturing operations safe and efficient.

    Responsibilities:

    The Production Supervisor position is responsible for supervision of the Grand Prairie, Tx manufacturing process from a safety, schedule compliance and productivity perspective.

    • Supervise hourly employees within multiple departments

    • Train hourly employees in the safe operation of all equipment

    • Responsible for safety awareness of all employees under their direction

    • Coordinate production changes of product line

    • Responsible to meet shift production levels

    • Complete shift paperwork

    • Communicate with Plant Manager, Production Manager and other supervisors on production related concerns

    • Responsible for production, testing, and quality of work performed in the manufacturing process

    Qualifications:

    • Applicable Associate’s degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred

    • 1 year previous manufacturing supervisory experience or equivalent required; 5 years preferred.

    • Experience with set up and troubleshooting required

    • Bi-lingual (English & Spanish) required

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Working knowledge of schematics and prints

    • Excellent personal computer skills in a network environment; Microsoft products experience preferred - Outlook-Word-Excel

    • CNC and Robotic Knowledge preferred

    • Track record of successful project management

    • Experience working in a team environment

    • Strong planning/Organization & Time Management skills

    • Demonstrated problem solving skills

    Hiring Range:

    The Hiring Salary Range for this position is $54,000-$76,000 annually.

    (Salary offer to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
