    Location: ONSITE at Wentzville MO

    Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and union environments, with a focus on improving production methods, equipment performance, product quality, and overall efficiency.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Recommend measures to motivate employees and enhance production methods, equipment performance, product quality, and efficiency.

    Review operations and collaborate with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing issues.

    Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing data to detect and address production problems.

    Hire, train, evaluate, and manage staff, addressing and resolving personal grievances.

    Prepare and maintain comprehensive production reports and personnel records.

    Skills:

    Strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

    Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

    In-depth knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and other techniques to maximize efficient manufacturing and distribution.

    Familiarity with machines and tools, including their design, use, repair, and maintenance.

    Understanding of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in producing precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.

    Requirements:

    High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in business or a related field preferred.

    10+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing and union environments, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.

    General problem-solving skills.

    UAW automotive supervisor experience.
