    Our Fort Worth, Texas location is part of our Dairy division and creates soups and sauce variations for Kerry customers and brands. We are a fast paced, never a dull moment manufacturing facility that comes together as a team to get the job done.     What You'll Do

    The typical hiring range for this role is $75,000.00 to $85,000.00) annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).

    The 2ndShift ProductionSupervisor position is located inFort Worth, Texasand reports into theProduction Manager. Thisfacility runs two shifts. This is a non-union facility and is within ourDairy & Culinary group.

    • Coordinates production activities with procurement, maintenance, warehouse, and quality departments to achieve and sustain results

    • Communicate well with management team, work with research and development, customers on test and improving production process.

    • Perform daily safety meetings with employees

    • Perform weekly safety and GMP audits in the departments

    • Responsible for running efficiently, yields and crewing cost

    • Responsible for tracking, monitoring and reporting KPI's on a weekly basis

    • Leads team members by managing and executing plant processes

    • Responsible for training, career development and performance

    • Supports continuous improvement processes to ensure safety, quality, cost, and customer service goals are met

    • Maintains an engaged and team-oriented workforce to meet business demands

    • Participation in capital projects, as well as plant projects focused around CI and Lean Six Sigma

    What You'll Need To Be Successful And Safe

    • Demonstrated success in developing/implementing continuous improvement initiatives and accountability programs

    • Demonstrated success assessing, developing and retaining top talent

    • Proven ability to drive process improvements, adhere to budgets, and maintain regulatory compliance

    • Experience tracking, monitoring and reporting on KPI's focused around safety, quality, labor costs, waste, yield and other production focused KPI's

    • Has been in a plant manufacturing environment for minimum 3 years

    • Mapics and SAP experience a plus

    • Minimum 3 years of supervisory/management experience

    • Food/beverage industry preferred

    • Bachelors degree in an applicable field of study preferred

    • Proven ability to lead with the following key competencies: Critical Thinking, Continuous Cost Focus, Technical Expertise, Influence and Delivery of Sustainable Results
