Northrop Grumman, Space Systems, is currently seeking a Production Planner 2 or 3 at our Bacchus Value Stream, Magna, Utah facilityProduction planning is integral to the value stream success and are responsible for a variety of processes, including last mile material coordination, "make" item movement and scheduling, manufacturing order maintenance and scheduling, and material consumption. They also review demand planning systems to ensure needed flight materials are available in inventory and issued to the manufacturing team to support operations.
This position will report to the Production Control Manager at Bacchus Value Stream.
Roles and Responsibilities:This position can be filled at either a level 02 or level 03.
Basic Qualifications for level 2As a full-time employee of Northrop Grumman Space Systems, you are eligible for our robust benefits package including:
Salary Range: $58,000.00 - $87,000.00Salary Range 2: $71,600.00 - $107,400.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
