Join the team building the world's most advanced fighter jet! As a Production Operations Specialist (Level 2) supporting F-35 manufacturing in Fort Worth, TX, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our production processes. This dynamic position combines technical expertise, collaboration, and problem-solving in a team-based environment to deliver innovative and reliable solutions
What You Will Be Doing
As a Production Operations Specialist, you will:
Support production, business, and cross-functional processes in a collaborative manufacturing environment.
Perform activities in areas including: Production planning and control / Total quality management / Manufacturing systems / Equipment and facilities engineering / Material management and process reengineering
Drive Foreign Object Debris (FOD) elimination by implementing and sustaining processes that improve cleanliness and efficiency.
Facilitate self-directed work teams and provide training in core skill areas to peers and teams.
Collaborate with internal and external customers to resolve production challenges, drive process improvement, and support product planning.
Identify and implement solutions to improve quality, efficiency, and production flow.

Basic Qualifications:
Experience relative to aircraft manufacturing, structural assembly, or modification.
Experience in Foreign Object Debris process and policies
Experience reading and interpreting detail, blueprints, lay-out sketches, process standards and specifications
Experience with understanding aircraft work instructions
Desired Skills:
Ability to communicate effectively to hourly and salary audience
Ability to effectively communicate to upper leadership, customer and workforce
Ability to use windows applications and software
Self starter
2-5 years of experience in aerospace
Aircraft familiarization
Well versed in policy controls

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
