What will you be doing?

• Oversee all aspects of production process from raw material intake to finished product shipment

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize workflow.

• Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications.

• Manage and mentor a team of production staff, including supervisors, machine operators and maintenance personnel.

• Monitor production metrics and KPIs identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment, enforcing company policies and procedures.

What do you bring?

• 5yrs Supervisory experience

• 5yrs in Foundry, Heavy Metals, Metal Casting Environment

• Proven Leadership Skills with ability to manage and motivate a team

• Bachelors in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Tech ore related field (Preferred)

• Positive, can-do attitude
