Job Profile Summary

Seeking a Production Designer to become an integral part of our Experience Design team. This is a production design role primarily responsible for the formatting and production of various digital projects and prototypes to support the sales and product teams. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, working closely with Design Directors, Designers, Copywriters, and Product Partners. Your role will involve deep dives into the details of our digital product designs to bring creative concepts to life.

A Brief Overview

Create intuitive and visually appealing prototypes for digital products and applications by collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring their creative concepts to life. Ensures seamless user interactions, adhere to design principles, and understand user needs.

What you will do

• Produce prototypes, user flows, and presentations to communicate design experiences effectively.

• Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to ensure cohesive project execution.

• Design layouts using existing assets and templates while adhering to project guidelines.

• Troubleshoot and improve production opportunities as they arise, collaborating with the design team, and project stakeholders.

• Creates interactive prototypes to visualize the layout and functionality of digital products.

• Implement and install digital UX flows and configurations, working independently within established boundaries and following standard procedures.

• Document design processes and decisions for future reference, promoting knowledge-sharing and driving team collaboration.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in production design

• 3+ years experience working with Adobe XD, Sketch and/or Figma

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficient in Figma

• A collaborative spirit, with strong organizational skills, and attention to detail

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is

$72,100.00 - $158,620.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
