Production Associate

We have an outstanding Contract to hire position for a Production Associateto join a leading Company located inWestminster, CO.

Pay Rate Range: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Shift: Mon - Fri 6:00am - 2:30pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Electronic assembly, including fine pitch SMT and through-hole soldering.

• Working in a manufacturing atmosphere using teambuilding, SPC, and Demand Flow concepts.

• Maintain and meet production requirements through Team scheduling and quality meetings.

• Problem solving within a team environment using the problem-solving principles from SPC and TQC.

• Other duties as assigned.

Basic Hiring Criteria:

• A deft hand and keen eye for detail, able to execute tasks accurately by following procedures and blueprints.

• Prior experience in soldering and familiarity with related tools will be advantageous.

• A team player mentality, ready to contribute to our collective success.

• Proficiency in reading, understanding, and implementing procedures and processes.

• Previous experience in electronics manufacturing will be a big plus.

• Comfortable navigating computer systems, including Windows, Excel, and Word.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
