Product Software Engineer - Payments

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop Java-based Full Stack software solutions.

• Build and implement REST APIs and services using Spring Boot .

• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to resolve project requirements and deliver detailed results.

• Closely adhere to Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban .

• Successfully implement and maintain NoSQL and/or Relational databases.

• Provide analytical insight to optimize software performance and compete in a fast-paced market.

Required Skills :

• Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience using Java.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Proficiency in developing backend solutions with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs.

• Experience in working with databases - NoSQL and/or Relational.

• Comfortable with Agile operating models ( Scrum/Kanban ).

• Team oriented; strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Must be independent and comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and often multi-directional work environment.

• Upbeat, self-directed, and self-motivated.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with microservice architectures .

• Experience with Kafka .

• Experience with Terraform .

• Familiarity with AWS .

• Experience with Git and continuous integration tools.

• Background in Financial Services or Fintech .
