    International Digital Dealer is part of the digital ecosystem which will be supporting the company, its network of dealers and customers in the upcoming years.

    We have a great opportunity on our Digital Dealer Team for a Product Owner Digital Dealer for Lead Orchestration who will be in charge of defining how service leads are generated and handled inside the Digital Dealer ecosystem to support Service Advisors' proactive way of working.

    As a Product Owner in Digital Dealer you will be part of one of our cross-functional agile teams and a member of Dealer Digitalization team. Within this role, you will work closely with the users, designers, process experts, and other stakeholders to create value for our users every step of the way.

    We are looking for someone to deliver great results, while having fun in the process.

    The product owner is the main driver in what the product is going to be, its value creation and future evolution.

    Responsibilities

    • Contribute to the definition the roadmap and the activities needed to define how new service leads are calculated and orchestrated within Digital Dealer.

    • Work with your team to explore new, innovative feature ideas that advance the state of software development in your area and the surrounding ones, delivering real value to real users.

    • Understand the business landscape and utilize that knowledge to create relevant features.

    • Contribute in defining the technical landscape and solution of the integration of the ecosystem.

    • Defining epics for new software features, breaking them down into features and user stories, and finally managing and prioritizing the product backlog for your team.

    • Actively participate in development processes to review, explain and influence.

    • Be a part of user research and the creation of user journeys and prototypes.

    • Build high-performance products.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree

    • At least 9 years of technical project/program management and/or product owner experience

    • At least 2 years of lead experience

    OR

    • Master's degree

    • At least 5 years of technical project/program management and/or product owner experience

    • At least 2 years of lead experience

    OR

    • At least 12 years of technical project/program management and/or product owner experience

    • At least 2 years of lead experience

    Additional Requirements

    • Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
