    Role reports to: Lead Product Owner

    Location: Markham, Ontario .

    What you will do

    The Product Owner, IT Sr. Analyst, Skin Health Brands is an exciting opportunity to lead a fast-paced technology team to define and deliver innovative solutions for our business! You will help drive our digital transformation by enabling extraordinary consumer-centric digital experiences within our product ecosystem. We will accomplish this by crafting premier capabilities and services, and optimizing our internal operations.

    Our brands include Aveeno, Lubriderm, Neutrogena, Rogaine, Clean & Clear, and many more. You will be an integral team member in crafting the squads technology vision, roadmap, and backlog by applying business expertise and a deep understanding of consumer needs. Youll partner with brand and other cross-functional teams to balance business value with technical feasibility while prioritizing features, optimizing cost, and improving delivery efficiency. You will serve as the voice of the customer within the squad to ensure the squad is developing the right digital experiences for our consumers.

    Responsibilities:

    • Work with the team to drive specific objectives for Skin Health brand websites and commercial digital capabilities.

    • Lead backlog grooming sessions with key team members to maintain a balanced product backlog.

    • Be accountable for shaping and hitting your squad's Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)

    • Own the identification, assessment, selection, and implementation of technology solutions that address consumer needs

    • Coordinate the process to evaluate new technologies and industry trends. Work closely with the Global Product lines and IT partners to identify new technologies, approaches and processes to address digital needs. Provide standards criteria for 3rd party solutions evaluation.

    • Ensure that your product meets all relevant security, privacy & compliance standards and drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle

    • Validate requirements & delivery expectations with internal and external business partners

    • Facilitate release planning, sprint planning and demos with team members

    • Develop reporting and analytics to provide transparency to squad performance and track sprint metrics and user results

    Qualifications

    Requirements

    You must have a challenger mentality! We're looking for leaders who are willing to challenge the status quo!

    • A Bachelors degree in the field of computer science, information technology, engineering or business administration is required.

    • 3 years of demonstrated ability in a technology related role is required, preferably in a business-facing role supporting digital, analytics and/or eCommerce.

    • Proven knowledge and understanding of standard technology practices, and Agile delivery methodologies

    • Experience collecting requirements and translating them into a product vision by tapping into expertise in product development, engineering and UX

    • Experience in working with systems and tools that enable customer interactions and collaboration (e.g., digital shelf, precision marketing, DAM)

    • Experience with developing consumer journeys and UI/UX methodologies

    • Foundational skills in Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, Intelligent Automation and Emerging Technology

    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
