    Entegra is seeking a Product Owner, to join our team. The successful candidate will play an integral role in short-term and long-term projects, will be at the forefront of product development, collaborating closely with business SMEs, IT teams, and clients understanding business needs, and ensuring seamless product delivery. This is a hands-on Product Owner opportunity, the successful candidate will have the ability tobridge the gap between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring successful product delivery.The goal is to ensure that the product aligns with business needs, meets quality standards, and delivers exceptional value to end-users.

    This is a remote opportunity. Candidate can reside anywhere within the United States with the expectation of supporting East Coast working hours. Candidate should be located within 1 ½ hours of a major airport. Availability for video meetings is essential.

    Responsibilities :

    Vision and Roadmap Development: 10%

    • Collaborate with clients,national account executives (NAE), sales, and business SMEs to understand their needs and translate them into clear product requirements.

    • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discussions to gather insights and define product features.

    • Define the vision for the product, considering market trends, user expectations, and business goals.

    • Create a strategic product roadmap based on the vision. Prioritize features and enhancements to meet changing requirements.

    User Stories, Backlog Management and Prioritization: 30%

    • Manage the product backlog: Organize, prioritize, and refine backlog items based on changing requirements.

    • Develop user stories that capture specific product features and functionality. These stories guide the development team.

    • Decide which features each product iteration will include, ensuring alignment with client preferences.

    • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that the most valuable features are addressed first.

    • Continuously refine priorities based on changing requirements and stakeholder feedback.

    Product Creation Oversight, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance: 30%

    • Oversee all stages of product creation: From design and development to testing.

    • Hands-on UAT (User Acceptance Testing): Validate that the product meets requirements and functions as expected before launch.

    • Oversee all stages of product creation, including design, development, and testing.

    • Collaborate with development teams to ensure alignment with the product vision.

    • Analyze competitor and industry trends, generate new ideas, solicit approval from stakeholders, and develop cutting edge solutions.

    • Ensure high-quality deliverables by participating in testing efforts.

    Stakeholder Collaboration: 20%

    • Work closely with IT teams, marketing, operations, change management, and training departments

    • Define a cohesive product strategy by engaging with cross-functional teams.

    • Engage with end-users to deliver updates and gather feedback.

    • Analyze customer usage data, research, and market analysis into product requirements to improve enhance user experience and increase adoption of existing customers.

    Progress Monitoring: 10%

    • Regularly monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage. Make data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.

    • Report status and risks on a regular basis to project sponsors and stakeholders.

    Agile Practices

    • Actively participate in Scrum meetings and product sprints.

    • Embrace agile methodologies to drive efficient product development.

    The successful candidate will possess the following:

    • Bachelor's degree in related field or at least 7 years' experience in a similar role.

    • 6+ yearsof experience in product management.

    • Previous experience working in software product management.

    • Strong skills in requirements gathering, business process documentation, and stakeholder management.

    • Availability for video meetings is essential.

    • Very-high attention to detail, with an ability to connect the smallest experience elements to the big picture goals at the department, and team level.

    • You are motivated to grow and operate with autonomy in an often-unpredictable, fast paced environment.

    • You bring out the strengths of your teammates to solve problems. You are an excellent communicator: able to rally a team around a goal, and effectively drive decisions where people might disagree.

    • You are comfortable using qualitative data and quantitative data to make decisions.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to present technical content to non-technical audiences.

    • Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management and organizational skills.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    Basic Education Requirement: Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in similar role

    Basic Functional Experience: 6+ years of experience in product IT/Data management.
