    The team you will be a part of

    The Product Development team designs, validates and brings new products to market. Specifies precise new product requirements; designs, tests and integrates components to produce final designs; and evaluates the design's overall effectiveness, cost, reliability and safety. Designs, develops, executes and evaluates fitness-for-use testing, product specifications and process validation plans.

    This role in summary

    The Global Senior Analyst in Product Design is the Product Manager responsible for developing, leading, and launching strategic products for disposers and accessories as well as managing on-going product and business KPIs. This position will focus on (but not be limited to) channel-specific offerings and will be responsible for developing and managing channel differentiation. They will own projects from inception to launch and are expected to work closely across all business functions to guarantee buy-in and delivery. This position reports directly to the Director of Product.

    Your responsibilities will include

    • Own execution of 3-5 year product playbook in collaboration with Director of Product, VP of Marketing and global business leaders. Special focus on designing and executing channel-specific offerings.

    • Develop and assess market, competitor, customer, and consumer research in order to develop strategic, actionable insights for current and future projects.

    • Support development of insight-based strategy, design, and market requirement workshops to transform insights into projects.

    • Lead product development projects from inception through launch in a defined stage gate process.

    • Own the pipeline of product line extensions, channel-specific offerings, and continuous improvement projects including prioritization, timing, and business impact.

    • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Support, Product Engineering, Manufacturing, and other business leaders to shepherd initiatives and projects from inception to completion.

    Minimum requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, product development, engineering, or other closely related technical field.

    • 3 years of experience in product management and/or product marketing.

    Preferred skills and experiences

    • Advanced degree such as MBA.

    • Background in consumer-facing appliances or Consumer Packaged Goods.

    • Ability to lead and work in cross functional teams.

    • Skills in leadership, initiative, creativity, problem solving, analysis, and cross functional communication.

    • Proficiency in Google Chrome and/or Microsoft spreadsheets, word documents, and presentation materials.

    • Strong project management skills. Able to manage and prioritize a wide variety of project types that vary in timing, scope, scale.
