    The Office of Cannabis Management is currently seeking a Product Manager to create and implement product vision, roadmaps, and budgets for various regulatory software programs to generate value for customers. This position will work collaboratively with various internal and external OCM stakeholders and contribute to the end-to-end product development lifecycle.

    This position is located in St. Paul and may telework from home two days per week and is expected to be in the office three days per week.

    A successful incumbent in this position will be able to

    • Identify resource needs and budget requests to support products within the office

    • Support the creation and implementation of a regulatory product vision, roadmap, and budget that generates value for customers and stakeholders.

    • Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle and deliver a high-quality product in a timely manner

    • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboaration and gain support for products

    • Model a collaborative and innovative working style that encourages cross-functional teamwork, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning

    Minimum Qualifications

    To facilitate proper years of service crediting, please ensure that your resume clearly describes your experience in the areas listed and indicates the beginning and ending month and year for each job held.

    • Three (3) years of experience in product management, systems/application management, or project management that includes leading at least one large scale product or project to delivery

    • Communication skills sufficient to effectively influence others and translate technical information into plain language for a variety of audiences

    • Experience developing reports, dashboards, and managing large datasets

    • Knowledge of software development, infrastructure, or user experience

    • Organizational skills sufficient to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment

    • Ability to celebrate diversity and a strong commitment to a respectful and inclusive work environment

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with Accela, Metrc, Salesforce, Visio, and/or MS Project

    • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)

    • Project management experience

    • Experience in the cannabis or another highly regulated industry

    • Knowledge of Minn. Stat. ch 342 (~~~)

    • Knowledge of state systems, processes, and procedures related to procurement and information technology
