    As a Product Manager on the New Payment Rails & Networks team, you will have an exciting opportunity to build innovative payments solutions for Chase customers. Your priorities will span across Real-Time Payments, Pay By Bank, Request for Payment, value added services such as fraud and risk services, tokens, and more. Partnering with Payments leadership, your main goal will be to facilitate simple, safe, and secure money movement.

    Job responsibilities:

    • Drive product strategy to align with the overall Banking Payments vision and support tactical planning: extract insights from data and research to inform business and strategic decisions; perform business casing, forecasting, and go-to-market planning.

    • Own the test-and-learn product roadmap, mapping cross-impact, winning commitments and driving execution and delivery across multiple teams

    • Maintain deep knowledge of area product vision, strategy, roadmap, technical implementation, and operations

    • Identify risks, bottlenecks and delays proactively and begin mitigation planning immediately

    • Foster a business owner's mindset; you will be ultimately responsible for planning and managing all elements of the test-and-learn effort and you will be expected to be on top of anything and everything involved therein

    • Closely collaborate with JPMC stakeholders (e.g., strategy, design, research, product, analytics, risk, legal, controls and technology) to identify and prioritize delivery of new capabilities that drive a differentiated customer experience and address customer pain points, needs, and desires to send real-time payments.

    • Identify and communicate aspects of each rail and network that should be consistent or different, as well as the opportunities and risks for each.

    • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of customer needs, behaviors, and pain points, as well as competitive landscape and industry best practices.

    • Partner closely with Strategy and Go to Market Lead to ingest pipeline of requirements

    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills :

    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategy, consulting and/or product and payments experience

    • Ability to grasp complex concepts, as well as dive into the details to determine actionable plans

    • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to present fact-based recommendations in a clear, logical, and concise way: \"tell a story\"

    • Self-starter; effectively solves problems and shares ideas for improvement with clear prioritization.

    • Create high impact executive presentations, decks and reviews.

    • Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills across business and technology partners, including senior leadership.

    • Experience with payments systems, networks, regulators or similar

    • Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment, meet deadlines, and perform at high standards with limited supervision with an attention to detail.

    • Ability to independently manage multiple dependencies, get commitments and drive escalations.

    • Exercise sound judgment; act with integrity; protect our company, clients and customers.

    Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills :

    • Payments domain expertise, including real-time payments

    • Experience working in large enterprise environments and navigating organizational complexity

    • Understanding of the end-to-end payment lifecycle

    • MBA/Graduate degree strongly preferred

    • Financial services and retail banking background is a plus.
