Responsible for the day-to-day management of the product development project portfolio for MDLIVE's Customer Service Administrator (CSA) portal
Responsible for leading the discovery, planning and delivery of CSA portal roadmap initiatives for MDLIVE.
Partners with development team to ensure alignment on requirements to deliver a solution.
Collaborates with key stakeholders, such as engineering, production support, legal, operations, and product strategy, to ensure alignment on requirements, approach, and work activities needed to deliver a solution, while also collecting and prioritizing product requirements based on input from stakeholders, user feedback, research and analysis.
When necessary, coordinates projects with other product management leads for other platforms.
Communicates status regularly to key stakeholders on progress with projects, enhancements, and bug fixes.
Effectively problem solves product issues and determines a solution that appropriately leverages development resources.
Oversee the execution of the CSA product development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and QA testers.
Identify and mitigate risks and challenges that may impact product development or delivery, and proactively address issues as they arise.
Analyze product metrics, user feedback, and market trends to iteratively improve product performance, drive user engagement, and optimize key metrics.
Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for their needs and preferences and ensuring that product decisions are informed by user insights.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities should include:
Experience working with call center teams.
Experience with the MDLIVE Customer Service portal.
Structured thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively.
Attention to detail.
Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools.
Ability to work from a Cigna/MDLIVE office 50% of the time.
Deadline driven and can motivate teams to deliver solutions on time.
Positive attitude and proven team player.
Proficient in MS Office applications; Jira and Confluence experience a plus
5-7+ years of relevant experience
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 92,800 - 154,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
