A Brief Overview
This position is dedicated to implementing the rules that govern our LG Commercial quoting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance while driving innovation. By leveraging your expertise in benefits and data analysis, you will play a crucial role in supporting product initiatives and legislative changes that enhance quoting efficacy and drive our business forward. Your contributions will not only impact our internal processes but also elevate the customer experience, making a tangible difference in the marketplace.
What You Will Do
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and implement programs, initiatives and changes that enhance quoting capabilities for LG Commercial.
Utilize in-depth knowledge of benefits to provide insights and recommendations that inform decision-making and strategies.
Analyze and manage data to ensure the effective implementation of product initiatives and legislative changes, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Support the delivery of product vision and strategy by understanding the interconnections between systems and their technical implications.
Identify and engage cross-functional resources necessary to achieve business objectives, ensuring alignment between tactical and strategic initiatives.
Proactively identify risks, communicate dependencies, and recommend alternative solutions to mitigate potential issues.
Required Qualifications
3-5 years knowledge of Medical benefit coverage
3-5 years of Product Implementation experience.
3-5 years knowledge of product data considered a plus
Expert in Analytics
Microsoft outlook, Teams and Excel experience.
Ability to effectively plan and manage multiple priorities
Adept at problem solving and decision making
Ability to collaborate interdepartmentally and cross-functionality
Growth mindset

Pay Range
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
