    We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the Onboarding product into the future. In this role, you will reimagine and optimize the way the onboarding product is delivered to our customers including new hires, hiring managers and servicing specialists. You will challenge the processes as they are today to create an optimal experience for the future - ensuring a blend between experience uplift and operational efficiency.

    Job Responsibilities

    The Product Manager will lead complex, multi-functional product deliveries that will impact experiences for multiple groups across the firm. Your advanced analytical reasoning and adaptability skills will enable you to break down business, technical, and operational objectives into manageable tasks, while navigating through ambiguity and driving change.

    With demonstrated technical fluency, you will effectively partner with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that align with the firm's strategic goals. Your exceptional communication and influencing abilities will foster productive relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective risk management. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to the development of new policies, processes and technical solutions, shaping the future of product landscape.

    • Oversees the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets

    • Leads the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks, and achieving business targets like cost, features, reusability, and reliability to support growth

    • Coaches and mentors the product team on best practices, such as solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies, and product delivery, enabling them to effectively deliver on objectives

    • Owns product performance and is accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve business objectives

    • Maintains a high level of visibility over product timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners

    • Anticipates and removes obstacles that slow down or prevent from delivering goals, with a sense of urgency.

    • Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements

    • Prepares and shares timely, compelling, fact-based analysis that explain the business "story" behind the product roadmap and delivered features.

    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

    • 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications in a large organization.

    • Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics

    • Experience in enterprise-wide release and deployment processes and strategies

    • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics

    • Experience in large-scale implementation and change management working in a cross-functional capacity, managing competing priorities and diverse stakeholders

    • Demonstrated proficiency in technical solutions, including knowledge of vendor products, managing vendor relations, and implementing solutions. Ability to master technical subjects and technologies relevant to the program.

    • Advanced experience in analytical reasoning, applying critical thinking and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, and operational objectives.

    • Proven track record of leading through change, managing dependencies, and controlling change in high-pressure environments with shifting priorities.

    • Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, establishing productive working relationships, and driving mutually beneficial outcomes in the best interest of firm objectives.

    • Ability to manage/juggle multiple priorities without loss of efficiency.

    • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities

    • Expertise driving business efficiencies through workflows and automation, preferably with ServiceNow
