    Opportunity

    The Manager, Product Data Enrichment and Content Management, K&B International, as part of the Digital Experience, K&B International team, is responsible for product data strategy and management, product data copywriting, content authoring, and localization. This includes building best-in-class teams operations and performance, fostering cross-functional collaboration across a variety set of stakeholders/partners. You will ensure bespoke customer experiences building an accurate digital shelf and publishing on-brand content. Team is based out of China, India, and US. This role demands expertise in establishing repeatable processes within the product lifecycle (launch through discontinuation).

    Specific Responsibilities

    Product Data Management

    -Oversee daily activities of the Product Data team to uphold data quality and support omnichannel experiences.

    -Manage product attribution, enrichment, taxonomy, hierarchies, attributes, and user access.

    -Partner with Product Data Digital Platform team on data modeling, standardization, clean-up, and system configuration. Define workflows and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) during system implementations.

    -Develop and deliver training for new team members and business stakeholders as needed.

    -Collaborate as a key stakeholder with the Product Data Platform team communicating customer's problems to solve and business opportunities.

    -Support team hiring and onboarding.

    -Set KPIs to track team performance, emphasizing data quality. Define SLAs and communicate them across the business.

    -Maximize existing product data ecosystem capabilities, advocating for digital first processes and asset creation.

    -Align with KBNA Product Data teams for North America SKUs leveraged globally as well as building/leveraging product data uniformity best practices.

    -Work closely with Global Technical Communications, Regional Teams, ERP (SAP) Master Data Teams, Global/Regional Product Marketing, Global Engineering, Corporate Communication (DAM), Digital Product Managers, Translation teams, and external partners.

    -Drive global change management for product data systems and processes, proactively educating and influencing business stakeholders.

    -Continue to evolve a global style guide representing the Kitchen & Bath brand voices, collaborating with Marketing teams to understand market needs.

    -Serve as subject matter expert on Kohler's product data ecosystem and product catalogs, staying aligned with global/regional launches.

    -Manage business rules and workflows within PIM for improved efficiency and quality.

    -Provide leadership to a team dedicated to delivering accurate, consistent, and timely product information to global customers in their local languages.

    Site Content Authoring

    -Lead site content authoring for Kohler's international websites, Mira Brand & Luxury brands, ensuring alignment, consistency, and a compelling customer experience.

    -Develop content authoring processes, guidelines, and templates in close collaboration with Marketing and Design teams.

    -Optimize content presentation within AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and best practices.

    -Drive stakeholder mapping activities to better support the team across a variety of partners as well as establishing prioritization processes.

    Competency Requirements

    -Experience navigating complex organizations with diverse stakeholders at various levels.

    -Ability to prioritize strategically, aligning with business goals and customer needs.

    -Proven success in team building and management, including budget and resource allocation.

    -Ability to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple, complex projects.

    -Strong project management and organizational skills, ability to understand product operating model and agile principles.

    -Foster a service-oriented culture focused on consistent, high-quality work, positive attitude, and resilience.

    -Comfortable leading and working within highly distributed teams (US, China, India).

    -Experience with enterprise-level content management platforms and tools.

    Skills/Requirements

    -Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Management, Computer Science, or equivalent experience required.

    -5+ years of experience in Global Product Data Management

    -Strong proficiency with Product Information Management Systems (PIM), such as inRiver or similar.

    -Proven experience in data governance and leadership of high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.

    -Strong data analysis skills and a detail-oriented mindset.

    -Excellent communication skills, including training and reporting to business users.

    -SEO and Commerce experience preferred (B2B/B2C)

    -Experience with XML, JSON, SQL, PowerBI a plus.

    -Experience with systems like Jira/Confluence a plus.

    The salary range for this position is $122,750 - $156,850. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
