    Job Summary and Qualifications

    As a Product Analyst II on the I&A Projects team, you will take on greater responsibility in driving the Identity & Access (I&A) initiatives across the enterprise. Building on the foundational skills developed as a Product Analyst I, you will engage more deeply with project teams, providing essential insights and supporting the application of I&A governance with a higher degree of autonomy. While you will still benefit from supervision and guidance, your role will challenge you to take initiative and demonstrate increased competence in managing I&A-related tasks.

    • Collaborate closely with project teams to apply I&A governance principles, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
    • Take the lead on specific I&A projects, showing initiative and the ability to work independently while still under supervision.
    • Contribute to the refinement of I&A processes, suggesting improvements and participating in their implementation.
    • Act as a resource for other team members, sharing knowledge and guiding them through I&A best practices.
    • Support the Manager I&A Projects in strategic planning and execution of I&A initiatives, taking on more complex project components.
    • Pursue professional development opportunities to enhance your expertise in I&A, aiming for roles with increased responsibility in the future.
    • Serve as the initial point of contact for inquiries related to I&A processes, directing individuals to the appropriate resources or experts.
    • Facilitate the flow of information between team members and other departments to ensure a cohesive understanding of I&A practices.
    • Engage in continuous learning activities to deepen your knowledge of I&A concepts, applying this knowledge to improve team performance.
    • Continually identify opportunities to improve departmental efficiencies.
    • Performs other duties as assigned
    • Practices and adheres to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement”

    What qualifications you will need:

    • Bachelor's degree Information Technology or other applicable degree - Preferred
    • 3+ years of experience in Identity & Access or Information Technology job role - Required

    Other required qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Product Analyst or similar role in the I&A domain (or comparable technology)
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
    • A proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to take on challenges
    • Excellent critical-thinking skills
    • Intermediate understanding of IT security policies
    • Competent project management skills
    • Demonstrates strong analytical skills by identifying process issues.
    • Demonstrates proficient knowledge of IT principles.
    • Ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects on time.
    • High level of patience, empathy, courtesy, and listening skills required in dealing with customers and their problems or concerns.
    • Ability to judge severity of problems and use discretion in obtaining services needed.
    • Ability to adapt and embrace new ideas, technology, and organizational changes.
    • Ability to sit for long periods of time.

    Work Location/Schedule:

    • Nashville, TN area (near the airport)
    • Hybrid: in office 2 days/week

    Travel: The job may require travel from time- to-time, but not on a regular basis.
