Job Description
As the Procurement Technology Lead , you will play a key role in overseeing project delivery and managing the platform to scale, ensuring operational efficiency and excellence. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, adept at leading cross-functional teams, and passionate about leveraging technology to enhance procurement functions.
Key Accountabilities:
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Procurement technology projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring to meet specific goals and objectives.Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Performance Measurement: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project progress and platform performance.
Partner with Procurement Engagement and Change Lead to provide guidance and training to team members and stakeholders on Procurement technology process and platform updates.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Preferred
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, project delivery, or platform management, preferably in Fieldglass and Ivalua.
Skills:
Strong understanding of S2P processes and platforms.
Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and S2P platforms.
Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar certifications are a plus.

Salary range is expected to be between
$86,250.00 CAD - $155,250.00 CAD
