  • Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Procurement Specialist to join our team in the Manufacturing industry located in Mason, Michigan. The ideal candidate will possess skills in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP Solutions, Microsoft Excel, Compliance, Documentation, Invoice, Administrative Policy, Corporate Procurement, Legal Writing, Microsoft Visio, and Data Analytics.

    Responsibilities:

    • Utilize ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions to streamline procurement processes - Maintain and manage procurement records, ensuring accuracy and efficiency - Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report generation - Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in all procurement activities - Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness - Manage the invoice process, verifying details and resolving discrepancies as necessary - Implement and adhere to administrative policies related to procurement - Handle corporate procurement activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency - Draft and review legal writings related to procurement contracts and agreements - Utilize Microsoft Visio for visualizing data and process workflows - Conduct data analytics to identify procurement trends and opportunities for improvement. Requirements - Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions

    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

    • Demonstrated experience in Compliance and Documentation

    • Familiarity with Invoice processing and Administrative Policy

    • Knowledge of Corporate Procurement practices

    • Legal Writing skills

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Visio

    • Strong Data Analytics capabilities

    • Previous experience in the manufacturing industry

    • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Strong problem-solving abilities

    • High level of organization and attention to detail

    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
