Job Summary

As a Procurement Manager for ESFM, you will manage the procurement of goods and services essential for maintaining and operating facilities. You will develop and implement sourcing strategies that ensure cost-effective and high-quality procurement while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and clients, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Facility Management Procurement: Oversee the sourcing and procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for facility maintenance and operations of our client account(s).
Strategy Development/Execution: Develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with the client's goals and objectives, following ESFM guidelines and strategy.
Cost Analysis: Conduct cost analysis and market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency.
Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure the timely and quality delivery of goods and services.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best terms and conditions and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the supply chain and follow ESFM guidelines and policies to mitigate those risks.
Compliance: Ensure all sourcing activities comply with industry standards, company policies, and legal requirements.
Reporting: Prepare and present reports on procurement/sourcing activities, including cost savings, supplier performance, and market trends.
Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field or commensurate experience.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sourcing or procurement, preferably in the facility management industry.
o Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
o Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
o Knowledge of market analysis and supplier evaluation techniques.
Certifications: CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) or CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional).
Experience: Experience working in facilities management
