Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Strategy Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting procurement strategies for multiple projects, managing overhead department budgets, and leading a large team or department. This role requires advanced leadership and management skills, with the ability to communicate supply chain issues, risks, and performance to district management.

Kiewit Power Delivery is a full-service engineering and construction solutions provider, completing projects of all sizes and complexity. Across North America, our experience spans all transmission and distribution market aspects from high-voltage overhead and underground transmission to distribution design, automation design and construction capabilities. This position is based out of Portland, OR.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for multiple projects to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of materials and services.

• Lead and manage a large team or department, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.

• Oversee and manage overhead department budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial targets.

• Lead multiple projects or one mega project concurrently, ensuring successful execution and delivery.

• Communicate supply chain issues, risks, and performance metrics to district management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in procurement strategy development and implementation.

• Advanced leadership and management skills, with a track record of leading large teams or departments.

• Strong financial acumen and experience managing department budgets.

• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex supply chain issues and risks to senior management.

Base Compensation: $137,000/yr - $143,000/yr
