Procurement Fleet Coordinator

As Fleet Coordinator, you'll contribute to our success in the following ways:
Assist business unit drivers with any vehicle related problems
Find repair solutions for drivers and manage to the lowest expense/budget cost
Negotiate best possible outcomes for driver satisfaction and resolve conflicts, and escalate as and when required
Assist with accident tracking to ensure drivers are kept informed of solutions and repair progress
Provide technical and logistical solutions to branches to ensure vehicle downtime is minimized
Ensure correct information is being recorded in all company databases or dashboards
Ensure all procedural protocols are adhered to in relation to the policy and repairing of vehicles
Ensure all repair costs, cost tracking and authorization levels are within company policy
Minimize vehicle repair time by educating drivers on maintenance process and procedure
Review driver requests and route to appropriate business unit leadership for approval
Collects and provides analysis of data to be used by the procurement teams.
Ensures proposals/quotes are completely and appropriately completed, verify product and pricing information and contacting potential fleet and other suppliers.
Produces reports tracking fleet and other contract expiration dates or categories.
Manage all required fleet vehicle licensure and registration and recall notices
Providing reports to management on budgeting, schedules, maintenance and fleet progress
Developing methods to decrease cost and improve efficiency
Assist, plan and manage fleet vehicle procurement and optimal replacements
Managed vehicle replacement, vehicle transition or move cycle with fleet drivers
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with business leaders and internal stakeholders
Promotes Elara Caring's philosophy, mission statement and administrative policies to ensure quality of care
Maintains patient and staff privacy and confidentiality pursuant to HIPAA Privacy Final Rule
Performs other duties/projects as assigned
What is Required?
Ability to handle client expectations and conflict
Knowledge or understanding of how to manage and work with fleet and other suppliers
Excellent interpersonal skill and an empathetic communication style
Ability to work as part of a team
Strong oral and written communication skills
Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Good time management and the ability to prioritize tasks and remain calm under pressure
Intermediate/Advanced computer skills with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
Ability to adapt to new tools and software, including fleet specific software tools
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
You will report to the Procurement Supervisor.
