Process Improvement Analyst I

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day monitoring and enhancements to Dental Automation. This position will focus on the improvement of existing automation capabilities as well as identification of new opportunities. They will share best practices across the organization to ensure new initiatives and enhancements are documented and executed.

We understand that no one majors in insurance while they are in college, and that knowledge of insurance should not limit your qualifications for this position. In fact, Guardian is seeking individuals with educational diversity to fuel our exciting and dynamic work environment.

You will:

• Review and run daily automation output to ensure day to day operations run as expected.

• Review automation output to identify opportunities for improvements to existing automation.

• Identify new opportunities for automation and enhance self-service.

• Partner cross functional, support Dental claim's leadership in all other day to day activities.

• Work on automation improvement.

• Have day to day maintenance of Dental RPA processes.

• Support key business initiatives and success factors.

You have:

• A degree in Data analytics or equivalent experience.

• 2 plus years of dental claims experience.

• Ability to excel in process improvement.

• Strong data analytics skills.

• A proficiency to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Effective communication skills.

Reporting Relationships:

This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Group Dental Claims, who in turn reports to the Head, Group Dental Claims

Location:

• Remote role - WFH

• Travel to Guardian offices as determined by the People Leader.

Salary Range:

$48,170.00 - $72,260.00

The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
