The Process Engineer will be a technical lead in water filtration processes and responsible for ensuring new and existing systems meet customer expectations. In this role, you will be actively involved in project execution activities in systems, Mobile and Service projects from initial design through customer acceptance testing. This person will be a key resource for technical input and advanced troubleshooting activities.
This position is part of the Research and Development Team located in London, Ontario and will be hybrid.
In this role, you will:
Execute customer projects to ensure that system design is optimized and able to meet the performance and treatment requirements for specific water and site conditions.
Work with commissioning team to provide required information including test protocols, data analysis and reports.
Review and approve proposals from the Applications Engineering team as required.
Provide aftermarket sales and service team with guidance for system optimizations and issue resolution to address customer performance and cleaning issues.
Consult with Research and Development team during the creation and optimization of new and existing product lines.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor's degree or Master´s degree in chemical engineering or related field with a minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience with water or wastewater treatment equipment systems.
Strong process knowledge and first-hand troubleshooting skills for the following technologies: Microfiltration, Ultrafiltration, Reverse Osmosis.
(10%) Travel in North America may be required to visit customer sites.
