    As a Process Automation Specialist you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing automated processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and productivity across the organization. This role involves working closely with various departments to identify automation opportunities, design solutions, and oversee the deployment and maintenance of automation systems.

    Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. Hybrid work schedule with office located in Innsbrook, Glen Allen, Virginia.Must be able to work from our Richmond office at least one day per week.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:

    • Analyze current business processes and identify areas for automation and improvement.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements for automation solutions.
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive automation strategy aligned with organizational goal. including detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and ROI for automation initiatives.
    • Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and other relevant technologies.
    • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of automation projects, from requirements gathering to deployment.
    • Monitor the performance of automated processes and systems to ensure they meet business objectives and deliver expected benefits.
    • Continuously optimize and enhance automation solutions to improve performance and efficiency.
    • Maintain comprehensive documentation for automation processes, including design specifications, user guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on automation project progress, performance metrics, and outcomes to senior management.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
    • Proven experience in process automation, with a strong track record of successful project management.
    • Proficiency in automation tools and technologies, workflow automation, and scripting languages a plus.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex processes into automated solutions.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Experience with process mapping and improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) is a plus.
