    About the team:

    As a member of Oracle Health's Customer Operations and Product Support Organization, you will be instrumental in managing and driving programs for our next generation of enterprise identity systems.

    A successful candidate will bring a passion for problem-solving, collaboration skills, and the ability to work closely with software engineers, product managers, and operations teams.     Responsibilities

    • Design and implement programs to drive adoption of large scale enterprise identity systems.

    • Collaborate with product teams to understand how to safely reduce operational toil.

    • Create mechanisms for a metrics decision making team.

    • Own relationships with our users, create feedback loops.

    Requirements

    • BS or MS degree in computer science, or equivalent

    • 6 -10 years of developing and shipping enterprise distributed and/or cloud native systems

    • Strong grasp of SDLC from requirements gathering through product release

    • Experience measuring and improving product quality and operational availability

    • Strong desire to make an impact and thrive in collaborative and energetic environments

    • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts verbally and through design aspects

    Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Seven years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.
