  • Job Description:

    As a Principal Cybersecurity, you will work with senior team members on various projects relating to the protection of devices, customers, assets, data, information technology and networks. Contributions will support innovation, strategic planning, technical proof of concepts, testing, lab work, and various other technical tasks associated with the cyber security programs.

    About the job:

    • Develop and implement cyber event readiness strategies and exercises in alignment with the organization's cyber risk management framework.

    • Conduct and lead regular cyber readiness exercises to evaluate the effectiveness of the organization's cyber resilience capabilities.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the enhancement of the organization's cyber incident response and recovery plans.

    • Design and implement training programs to increase the cyber awareness and preparedness of employees at all levels.

    • Provide subject matter expertise in the development of policies, procedures, and controls related to cyber event readiness and response.

    • Continuously monitor and report on the effectiveness of cyber event readiness strategies, recommending improvements as needed.

    • Stay abreast of the latest developments in cyber threats, security standards, and industry best practices.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics or Cyber Security or equivalent experience preferred

    • 8 - 10 years of related experience

    • Requires Daily Office Presence (3-5 days a week) at one of the listed locations. No relocation assistance is provided.

    • CISSP, CISM or similar industry certification highly desired

    • Knowledge and experience designing, implementing, and testing cybersecurity incident response processes

    • Experience in testing, training, and/or managing cybersecurity resilience practices

    • Experience in threat modelling

    Our Principal Cybersecurity earns between $141,300-$237,400 annually, Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
