Primary Care Physician - Family Medicine

Overview

Fairview Health Services is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic - Eden Prairie.

Practice Details:

• 8 primary care providers.

• Patient encounters average 18-22 patients per day .

• 34 patient contact hours per week.

• Call Frequency: approximately 1:10 - phone consultation only with first tier nurse triage

• Openings: 1.0 FTE Flexible schedule.

• As an Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our physicians use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care.

• Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).

Income Details:

• Resident stipend, Medical School loan forgiveness, sign-on bonus and relocation available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA family medicine residency training program.

• BC/BE with the ABMS or AOA.

• Licensed or ability to obtain licensure through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice.

• Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.

• Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges (if required).

The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Positions with the same min/max are flat rate jobs based on a 40 hours/week (1.0FTE) schedule. Compensation plans based on production can allow for higher pay than the range posted.
